Just Walk Out Technology by Amazon

Amazon Just Walk Out technology is a brand that’s rethinking traditional checkout. Customers enter a store or venue by tapping their credit card, they shop for their items, and then without a traditional checkout they’re free to exit the gates. The purchase is automatically totaled and charged through a combination of AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and RFID technology.

I led the design of social content, digital campaigns, web experiences, and print materials that helped communicate the benefits of frictionless retail. By balancing brand consistency with platform-specific creative, I developed content that engaged audiences across social, web, and paid media channels while supporting broader marketing objectives.

A key part of this work involved supporting partnerships that brought Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology to life in real-world settings. From digital creative displayed throughout Wrigley Field to a custom-wrapped Just Walk Out entry gate at a Formula 1 event in Austin, Texas, these activations demonstrated how the technology could be tailored to different venues and audiences. Across sports and entertainment events, the creative focused on communicating a faster, more seamless checkout experience while maintaining a cohesive brand presence
